Using Backpack to log calls via caller ID

Ok, now this one even blew us away. We thought we’d considered all possible uses of Backpack until we saw this… Dave is using his caller ID system and a script he wrote to fire off emails to Backpack and log his calls. Amazingly creative. Well done Dave!
