Backpack is a great tool to keep track of all the charitable donations you make throughout the year. Every time you make a donation make a note of it on a Backpack page (and upload the receipt) and you’ll never have to dig through stacks of paper to save a few bucks come tax time.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link at the top right of your Backpack screen.
You can upgrade to any plan at any time, but you can only downgrade to a plan that allows less pages that you current have. For example, if you have 7 pages you won’t be able to downgrade to free since the free account requires you have 5 pages or less (including your home page).
If you’d like to downgrade to free, but you have 5 or more pages, you’ll need to delete the extra pages first before you’ll see an option to downgrade to free.

Between 6:47 and 7:36 AM GMT, Backpack was unaccessible due to a fire at a ComEd underground electrical vault in Chicago. The back-up power supply problem has been rectified and prevented from happening again. We apologize for the downtime and any inconvenience that might have caused. Sorry.
UPDATE: Files access has been restored as well.
