System Problems

We experienced some problems this morning that caused several other problems, in particular:

• New accounts could not be created
• Couldn’t upload images or files to pages
• Duplicating a page with images or files on it would fail

We believe these problems have been ironed out. However, the fix caused some URL’s to change. If you linked to any images or files on your backpack pages, you’ll need to fix your links. The old URL format was something like:

/assets/12345/foo.gif

The new format splits the number in half:

/assets/12/345/foo.gif

Other than that, Backpack should be back to normal.
