Your status shows your team what you’re working on right now. When you’re done with something, you log it as an entry. A shorter way of saying that: status = ongoing, entry = completed.

You can delete your entries (but not the entries of others). To delete one your entries, click on the red “Edit” link to the right of the entry.

Then click the red “Delete” link underneath the entry.

You will then have to confirm that you actually want to delete the entry. There is no undo so make sure you won’t need this entry anymore.
Back to topCurrently there is no way to delete all entries in the Journal. You can delete invidividual entries though.
Back to topJournal entries are always public. The purpose of the journal is to keep everyone on your team updated.
If you’d like to keep a message private, we suggest you make a new page and set it so only you can see the page. Then you can add any information you want to this page and keep it private.
Back to topTo see more of your entries, click on your name in the right sidebar. You’ll see a list of your last 100 entries.

The Journal is intended for temporary updates so only the last 100 entries are shown. After that, entries are no longer accessible. If you need to keep a permanent record of something we suggest you add it to either a page or a Newsroom message. That way you can be sure it will be around for as long as you need it.
Back to topStatus and entries are each limited to 255 characters. Messages that are longer than that will be cut off. This limit helps ensure that entries in the Journal remain brief and scannable. If you need to type more than that, try creating a new message in the Newsroom and linking to it from your status entry.
Back to topClick on the person’s name in the right sidebar. Then you will be able to see a list of that person’s last 100 entries.
