Back to topWhile free accounts get you started with 2 users and 5 pages, paid accounts include 3-500 users and 100-7,500 pages.
With more users, you can get your entire team involved. And with more pages at your disposal, you’ll always have the room you need to keep everything organized. Plus you can use tags to keep your pages better organized.
Upgraded accounts also get access to the popular Backpack group calendar. It’s simple, web-based, sharable, and it can remind you of your events via email or an SMS/text to your cell phone.
Some paid plans also include message boards and SSL security.

Just visit your Account page and scroll to the bottom. You’ll see a link to export your data.

We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel click the Account link at the top of the screen and then click the “Cancel my account” link at the bottom of the screen.

If you’re on a pay plan you won’t be charged again, but you’re still responsible for your current billing period. We don’t issue refunds or prorate partial months.

Back to topThe account owner can change the credit card used for monthly Backpack billing by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the “Account” tab. Once on the Account screen, click the “Change or update our card” link in the grey box near the top of the screen.
Back to topWe default to billing your credit card every 30 days. We do not offer POs or payment by check at this time.
If you'd prefer to simplify your billing, you can pay in one lump sum. We'll then pull from that credit instead of charging your card every month. We'll email you when your balance runs low so you can recharge it.
To set up lump sum payment, click the "Account" link at the top of any screen.

Then scroll down to where it says, "Prefer to pay in one lump sum instead of monthly?"

And then click the link that says, "You can pay in one lump sum."
Back to topThe Backpack account owner can log in to their Backpack account, click the Account tab, and scroll down below the account chart. All the invoices ever posted to the account will be listed there.
